Having originally weighed up buying a beautiful mid-century coffee table from Brosa or a competitor, I opted for the latter due to Brosa’s high shipping costs. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the latter. The item was delayed for over 6 months, finally arrived but was damaged and then I was treated the way you’d expect for a mere change of mind. Upon finally securing a full refund, I reached out to Brosa to purchase the item and they were great. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. They understood my concerns and even agreed to offer a brief extension of a sale to offset my concerns about the shipping cost. The item arrived within the expected time frame and was perfect. My only regret is that I didn’t choose them in the first place! Very happy and will likely buy from Brosa again.

In line with a response below, absolutely appealing service. I ordered a black tripod lamp in November 2020 and it’s now April 2021 and still have not received our order. In one email they told me there was a delay in delivery, next email they told me that production of the tripod hasn’t commenced! Customer service is so poor and transparency is appalling. I don’t understand all of the positive comments and reviews on this site. A complete flood of comments from happy people!

Great quality bed and headboard. The fabric used looks thick, substantial fabric with great quality. We usually get our beds from Harvey Normal custom beds as we do not like to assemble our beds and Brosa’s beds are solid, drawers open and close smoothly, the inside of the drawers are neat. Have used the bed for a month & it is sturdy. The price is very competitive and glad we went for it! Shipping and delivery to specific room option also available. Highly recommend!

I bought the Espen Office Chair. It is stunning & great quality! Was easy to assemble. Very happy.

One has to be suspicious of the large number of 5 star ratings recently. A flood really.....I still havent received my items paid for last September and cannot get a straight answer, but suddenly so very many people are totally happy with quick deliveries, I think the integrity is under question here

I liked the office chairs and kitchen stools so much, I went straight back online and ordered a TV cabinet and floor lamp. The design, quality, thoughtful packaging and instructions are fantastic. The website, ordering process, and delivery communication at Brosa are exceptional.

Excellent range, price and customer service

I went online to source a compact 2 seater sofa for a restricted wall zone.
Brosa 2 seater Mitch fitted the space style , with a very realistic price & also the desired mustard fabric was instock.Delivery was swift & efficient & the minimal assembly guide easy to follow. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase & the service from Brosa.

Unfortunately I had to order my desk online in the middle of the pandemic, however, Claire and Brosa’s team had some of the best communication skills I have seen from any company. The desk was delivered within 2 months as promised without any issues, and I am more than satisfied with the quality. The price of the desk is higher than average, but the quality of service and product was impeccable, thank you!

Totally in love with my Stella Gas Lift King bed. The quality is even better than I imagined. The gas lift option is the best invention ever opening up loads of storage underneath. My first purchase from Brosa but wont be my last. Everything from the ease of ordering, assembly, communication re delivery and delivery itself was 10/10.
